What I have seen and heard of Feingold impresses me. He has potential as a left of center leader of our party in 08, IMO. Who else looms on the horizon (besides Hilary) as a serious Presidential hopeful on our side? Besides the unlikely candidacy of Kerry/Gore/Edwards, I do not see many other possibilities. Anyone who cares to comment, please feel free. BTW Streetkid is one to something, I think.

We need to push for Progressive change, now more than ever.

I'd love for Feingold to win the nomination and the white house. Aside from him, my money's on Edwards for the nomination, assuming Hillary can't fool all the people enough of the time. He's sounding pretty good these days.

I'm with you on this one DaveW. Edwards is looking good to me too. I love Russ, but I need a back-up because I'm not sure he'll make it. And until Gore throws his hat in the ring, we need an option to Hilary. Right now, Edwards is that man for me.

And he's not just in Iowa these days. He was here in MN over the weekend hitting it hard for several key Dem races.

In case anyone is interested Elizabeth's book "Saving Graces" hits the stores tomorrow and she's on Oprah on Wednesday.

Thanks for the update on the Edwards campaign.  I haven't been thinking about them much.
