As always your research is Impeccable.

I am going to personally ask you to backoff on Susan HU for the following reasons:

1.  The most important being she was operated on last week for ruptured Appendicitis and is still in the hospital

2. Susan has admitted she is a Hillary supporter- and some of her articles are definitely pro-Hillary.

3. I was (and possible still am - haven't decided yet) an Edwards supporter.

4. I have been doing research on ALL the Dem Candidates. What I found about Obama absolutely chills me. His domestic policy is clearly written by the BIG money people. The man ranks 43rd in the Senate as far as his supposedly "Progressive Views" go. I'll update with a link in followup post. And he is up to his neck in dirty doings.

5. Obama's "Foreign Policy is a complete train wreck. You of all people are VERY Savvy. He wanted to BOMB Pakistan which has Nukes. As I am sure you are aware, AQ Kahn is out and about - with his entire "Nuke" enterprises intact. BOMBING either Iran or Pakistan puts us in dire danger - for starters read "LUKERY's" diaries. You will see what I mean.

6. Having the temerity to send Dick Morris to Kenya is stepping way out side his authority and it was a disaster - see my comments below. Further, even Mayor Daley of Chicago - one of the most corrupt American Politicians - thinks Dick Morris is an "Idiot". How far out do you have to be to be considered an idiot in Chicago?

7. Larry is completely straight about Foreign Affairs and Intelligence. On February 7th, he posted this update to Kenya  It acknowledges that Kibaki stole the election and that Odinga has a legitimate gripe, as far as that goes. How does creating a very nasty vicious Civil War solve that problem, and is that good for the citizens of Kenya?

But you are missing the point - it is Obama's judgment and competence I am question - NOT the situation in Kenya. As an AMERICAN Senator it is waaay over his pay grade to be sending representatives to Kenya - much less someone who worsens rather than helps the situation.  The pecking order in the US government, sad to say, is The Administration, The State Department, then the Senior People on the Senate and House Foreign relations Committees job to handle the situation. NOT Obama bungling it with no real authority.

As a New Englander I come from the "None of my Business" side - and believe Kenya should sort out their own problems. I am glad Kofi Annan (sp?) is there and trying to sort it out for the good of all.

In summary I KNOW Kenya is beset with corruption. But if you look at my comments below, and READ Peter Hitchens article, you'll read about only a minute portion of the corruption Obama is involved with! Do you want the US to become as viable as Kenya or any other third world country?
