I changed my mind. She's rotating clockwise because the shadow of her outstretched foot is in the foreground when it swings to the front of the image. A counterclockwise spin would have the shadow crossing the backround.

final answer, Meredith :o)

har!

l can make her spin either way....try clicking back and forth between the thumbnail and the big size.

interesting things your minds eye does....much like the illusion you've created with airbrushed shadows, subtle, but effective.

very nice work btw....wish l had the $ and a car worthy of your talents...no flames, but l've got a mental image of something that would transition from one color at the front to a different color at the back. need a z roadster to put in on...:{)

Oh yeah, the Jag is nice :o)

I found this picture of a car painted with what's called chromalusion paint. It's made of finely ground prisms that make a single coating shift colors around corners and edges and from one end to the other. I thought of it since you said you had ideas for something beginning as one color and ending as another.

The thing is though, this stuff costs, are you sitting down?, $2,800.00 a gallon! I've used it once on a 38 foot Cigarette race boat as one part of a larger graphics job. The paint store that I had a great account with wouldn't send me the paint on credit. The owner had to go in person and pay for it :o) Crazy shit.
