Fitzgerald Seeks Indictments

Raw Story's John Byrne is reporting that "Special Prosecutor Patrick J. Fitzgerald has asked the grand jury investigating the outing of CIA operative Valerie Plame Wilson to indict Vice President Dick Cheney's chief of staff I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby and Bush's Deputy Chief of Staff Karl Rove on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice." Byrne's sources are lawyers close to the investigation.

Fitzgerald has also asked the jury to indict Libby on a second charge: knowingly outing a covert operative, the lawyers said. They said the prosecutor believes that Libby violated a 1982 law that made it illegal to unmask an undercover CIA agent. (Full Raw Story)

Just make it happen, or not. All of the speculation is killing me.

I still can't get the ghost of Iran/Contra to stop haunting me, and it's hard to have hope that even indictments will slow these monsters down.

Now it's really killing me.

If it's Rove and Libby, I'm taking the day off to get drunk.  Come on, Fitz.  I need a drink.  Please.

I'm afraid I'll wake up ... and my hangover will be exacerbated by pardons.

Now you did it.  I have to go hurl.  Shout at my shoes.  Hug the porcelain.  Deliver street pizza.

Do you all think that Fitz is going to get his 2nd GJ?

If so will he get the run down from the WH as those in the past have gotten, ie, discreditation etc?

Would it be possible for us to hear about it today and tomorrow?

I have to go to work on Friday and it is getting very hard for me to get to news during this time of work.

Why is he waiting for later to reveal?  Why the mystery?  Doesn't he know we all know already what is going on?
