TUESDAY NIGHT in Encino / San Fernando Valley:

Outspoken former CIA & State Department Counter Terrorism Expert Larry Johnson It is not about Liberal vs. Conservative, it's about the Truth!

VDU is thrilled to present former CIA analyst, policy maker, Counter Terrorism Deputy Director and on-air authority Larry Johnson at our June 19th meeting. He served under both the first President Bush and President Clinton.

Expect fireworks, as Larry will likely blow the lid off the White House he once championed. And he'll answer your questions in a Town Hall 'Democracy in the Round' format. Johnson, an old friend and CIA colleague of Valerie Plame, was one of the first to alert ABC's Nightline after she was outed.

He fought against the White House directed effort to smear Valerie and her husband, Joe Wilson. Fired from Fox News by Rupert Murdoch, and a key interviewee in "OutFoxed," Larry has been an unrelenting critic of the media's failure to serve the American people.

Don't miss this enlightening and powerful event hosted by Valley Democrats United. Johnson holds nothing back on his critique of Bush/Cheney and the entire neo-con clique!

Donations at the door requested $5-10
Seating is first come first served. See you there!

Proudly Cosponsored By San Fernando Valley Young Democrats, Valley West, Neighbors for Peace and Justice, Progressive Democrats of Los Angeles, and Valley Grassroots for Democracy

As always, we look forward to seeing you:

Thanks for the notice.  Since it's walking distance, we'll be there.  Bonus - we miss one evening of KPFK's fund drive!

I just made arrangements to be at the Venice meeting.
I already have certain questions for him, but a list of questions would probably be a good thing, to narrow mine down to a few, that I possibly might be able to ask.
If you have anything to ask, that may be of more importance than what I have, I`d appreciate it.
Thanks

The difference between theists and atheists is that the atheists don't set the theists on fire for refusing to agree with them.
