I've been up all night reading Harry Potter the last few days so "I know nothing, NOTHING!", as Schultz would say.  But I do know the tide must be turning when stories surface about how our darling Second First Lady couldn't get her one of her propaganda pieces op-eds published.

What's your favorite Condi memory?

Update [2007-7-23 11:48:30 by Steven D]: This AP headline from today is a Condi classic already: Rice Warns Kosovo Against Independence

Because, under Bush, we are for spreading democracy around the world -- except when we're not.

You mean aside from remembering when she wasn't part of the government?

I do have a Condi fantasy. It's a bondage fantasy. No, not like that -- with lawyers and convictions and time doing hard labor for crimes against humanity.

My favorite memory is of her shopping for shoes while New Orleans drowned.

Not that there's anything wrong with that ...

They are all such identical peas in a pod.  I have a hard time reading stories about people in this administration without picturing them as little kids with big egos.

My favorite Condi event was when she was accosted and shamed by a fellow American woman in the Ferragamo shoe store while New Orleans drowned.  It's a  perfect illustration of her cold cold heart.

wow.  Spent 3 hours on housework yesterday and then read all day and all day with a brief break to swim, cook dinner, and straighten up the kitchen

What can I say without giving anything away.  And what can I say except masterful?

Allegories anyone?   :)

"I know nothing!"

I always associate that with Manuel of Fawlty Towers.

By the way, today is Daniel Radcliffe's birthday

Condi at the hearing....being forced to read aloud....Bin Laden about to strike in the U.S....the headlines of the AUGUST presidential briefing....

whereupon.....they both changed into their jeans....

and went to Crawford on vacation....

cutting brush in the hot (stupid) Texas sun....

while NYC....WTC....was about to be attacked and burned.

They DID NOTHING.   Didn't even call a meeting.

Everything proceeded....just as planned.
