Obama bought half-hour blocks of prime-time on October 29. Everyone is wondering what for?

a speech?

Imho run that clip of Richard Trumka and a few others.

Well, "You can't vote for war and disown the results"

After I saw Richard Trumka's speech to the United Steelworkers, I happened to see Donna Brazile's talk with a set of New Yorker writers and was struck by the power and passion of her speech, which on its most salient points resembled that of Trumka. She was insistent that we have come along way in this country since her early childhood days in the Deep South and that we need to see possibilities in our unity and not allow others to divide us.

A White man and a black woman singing the same song.

Sounds right to me.

Boy, I like this guy.  He is awesome.  How about Trumka as Secretary of Labor in an Obama cabinet? Bravo, Richard, bravo.

Thank You, Mr. Trumka!  You gave a speech that stirred my heart, made me feel that there is a hope that truth and justice will prevail in the country of my birth.

I would like to tell my grandchildren and have them tell their grandchildren that their Grandfather helped drive the stake into the heart of the Racism that still exists in the United States today.

You made my heart soar, and gave me hope that there are millions like you out there who will break this chain forever.  You, Mr Trumka, are a Patriot, a Leader, and a Believer in Equality, Liberty, and Freedom for All.

You Sir, are a Hero!
