As I see it, Dan Moldea has long been a shill for the government, so I find this both predictable and likely untrue:

Writers Dan Moldea, who interviewed Palfrey several times for a possible book about her experiences, said today that Palfrey told him three times that she would kill herself rather than return to prison. She had served an 18-month term in California in the early 1990s for running a prostitution service and told Moldea that it was "just a horrible, horrible period for her," the writer said.

"The first time she did time, it damn near killed her, she told me," Moldea said. "She wound up in a fairly tough prison, and the stress caused some sort of an illness, and it was a very debilitating illness that affected her eyesight."

Moldea said that, in three interviews last spring and summer, after she was indicted, Palfrey told him: "I'm not going back to jail. I'll kill myself first. I'll commit suicide before I go back to jail."

"Those were her exact words," he said.

Dan Moldea wrote perhaps the most dishonest book on the RFK assassination to date. I figured he owed someone in the government something. I think he's still paying them back....

Rather than post on this kind of "draamatic news" that I'm sure the cable stooges will use as another misdirect, how about at least some comments re Lurita Doans resignation? Since she has resigned, does that mean that she is no longer capable of being charged with criminal violations of the Hatch Act? Does she go the way of the rest of the god damned crooks that have walked?

Chilling, to say the least.  Who commits suicide in a small storage shed?  Does that not just scream our for investigation?  I wonder who's in charge of this one, I'd google names and start checking backgrounds for evidence of a whitewash if I had a clue how criminal investigations worked in real life.

Don't forget Brandy Britton, a professor who was also ac accused along with Palfrey, suicided last Feb.

One of Palfery's escort service employees was former University of Maryland, Baltimore County, professor Brandy Britton, who was arrested on prostitution charges in 2006. She committed suicide in January before she was scheduled to go to trial.

Ironically, after finding out that Britton had killed herself, Palfrey said:

...she, too, was humiliated by her prostitution charges, but said: "I guess I'm made of something that Brandy Britton wasn't made of."

Veddy interesting.  I don't doubt for a moment these women were killed.  Naturally, I don't have proof, but we've all seen that movie, right?
