Extremely so, as evidenced by Andi's enchanted rain forest photos appearing regularly in the cafe/lounge (we're practically neighbors).

Okay I lied about the bright.

Just a quick "have a good day" to everyone before I head to the airport. Ta.

Oh ... and yes, it's soggy here.

Thanks ID. Fortunately, this trip is to the home office so it's mostly one-on-one and hallway discussions so I'm relatively BCROD free.

It's the spring of the eternal sog here this year...I don't think I can take much more rain.

How's the home office visit going?

Just fine; today though I'm much more awake than yesterday so I might actually notice what is going on around me. :)

And speaking of noticing ... I guess I should notice the time and get going.

I was originally going to make because people who are fighting losing battles with plumbing deserve sympathy and lots and lots of very absorbent towels.

Sorry Manny. Have a towel.

the towel is useful as all of my inventory is currently being washed (again) after the adventure from last night.  Everything seems to be fixed now, and the maintenance guy apologized for being nasty on the phone the second he arrived at my place, so all is well.

The rain seems to have cleared out at home. The forecast for the rest of the week is pretty good -- there's even the promise of the first rain-free weekend in weeks.

It's been chilly here too.  And now I see a little bit of blue sky peeking out, so maybe we'll get a break from the rain today.

At least everything is growing nicely.  I think our farm share starts this week...my grocery budget is looking forward to that.  :)

We've had a beautiful spring so far...largely sunny and not too hot yet, and enough rain to almost wipe out the drought.  We had a great big windy, thundery storm yesterday, which is my favorite kind of weather :) and it's crystal clear and sunny right now.  Probably heading to the beach this weekend...
