There's a lot of good quality stuff on the intertubes, especially for a Friday night. Unfortunately, I am too zonked by the flu to be of much use. Here is some good stuff.

Is Bingaman giving up on free trade? Kevin Drum isn't happy.
Get ready for a war over the Employee Free Choice Act. There will be a hearing next week. Sen. Harkin is going to chair the hearing in Kennedy's stead.
The stem-cell funding ban ends on Monday. Tally another campaign promise, kept.
Do you know what they put in Kathryn Jean Lopez's Wheaties as a child? It caused brain damage.

MOSCOW (AFP) - Russian media has been poking fun at US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton after she gave her Russian counterpart a "reset" button with an ironic misspelling.
Clinton's gift to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at their meeting in Geneva on Friday evening was meant to underscore the Obama administration's readiness to "to press the reset button" in ties with Moscow.
But instead of the Russian word for "reset" (perezagruzka) it featured a slightly different word meaning "overload" or "overcharged" (peregruzka).
