It has to go to Ben Stein for trying to defend James O'Keefe by comparing him to phony Black Panthers.

An entertaining read.  But it's pretty apparent what the teabagger response to this would be.  I know, because I have had this very conversation with one who happens to be very close to me.  And their response would focus very keenly on Point #3.

3. Notice that only some of this money that was withheld went to pay taxes. (I know, I know -- yeearrrgh! me hates taxes! -- but just try to stick with me for just a second here.)

Teabagger:  "If this government takeover of health care goes through, the everyone's taxes will have to go through the roof in order to pay for it.  That's a fact!!!"

Nothing else matters because that is the belief. It is etched into their brains.  Burned in daily by their ideological leaders.  No CBO numbers or fancy explaining by those elitist economists from those liberal universities is going to change the mind of anyone who even leans toward the teabagger mentality.

In their minds- Health Care For All Deadbeats=More Money Out Of The Pockets Of Real Americans.  It is their mantra.

Seriously, I doubt that any of them made it past the first couple of lines anyway.  But it was a satisfying read.

I flagged it for "Best of" Craigslist. It's worthy.

The "Black Panthers" were part of a performance art piece.

Speaking of wankers and idiots, anyone read about Colorado Springs?  It seems like it is heading towards Mad Max territory now.

if his name was LeRoy Jenkins, and had been caught in the office of a United States Senator...

would we REALLY be having these bullshyt explanations being attempted?

OF.COURSE.NOT.

the LAW is the LAW.

unless you're a right-wing White boy, then suddenly, there's excuses.
