BRAVO for Powerful Role Model Women!

by roseeriter
Fri Jan 5th, 2007 at 07:21:12 AM EST

Yesterday was HUGE for all women. Whether one likes Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi or not one cannot help but note that this is a big step for woman-kind. Aside from being a mother and grandmother, I have never felt so proud of my womanhood as I felt today.

I hope that the young women will begin to see what a true role model is. That Paris and Britney and the like are not good role models for anything of value. That Trump's promotion of slutty beauty pageant winners who tarnish their light are not shining examples for a young woman to aspire to.

Bush Apologizes-Saddam's Pardoned (fantasy)

by roseeriter
Sun Dec 3rd, 2006 at 11:48:25 AM EST

My weird fantasy headline I've been thinking about. It could happen.. Letting Saddam clean up Buschco's mess would be punishment enough, don't ya think?

Bushco has done more damage to the Iraqi people and their country and the mideast than Saddam, in my view.

I cannot get into the Christmas spirit with all the horrors happening in the world today.

Bible-Study Room Closed in Congress

by roseeriter
Fri Dec 1st, 2006 at 06:05:13 AM EST

Who knew? Somehow I think the GOP bible-thumpers used that room to rewrite the bible to THEIR specifications because many did not practice what they preached. Maybe they used that room to search out bible words to justify all the sins that were committed while they were running the show.

Maybe they even used that room for 'fun stuff.' Maybe that's where the ten commandment plaque and nativity scene were displayed year round, but now we'll never know cause it's been closed!

Power of the People and Democracy!

by roseeriter
Wed Nov 8th, 2006 at 06:52:25 AM EST

Our voices do count. The American People rose above the oppression and suffocating politics of corruption and lies.

I can breathe again. Thank you to my fellow Americans. I feel like I won. I feel the hope, the faith, the America I thought was gone still exists.

Why does this feel like such a personal victory?

Truth and Consequences of bringing men to their knees W/Poll

by roseeriter
Sat Nov 4th, 2006 at 05:28:32 AM EST

The art of cock-sucking. The weapon that works. It has stopped many leaders in their tracks. Women and gays who have finessed this technique can rule the world on many levels and apparently do, at least on the sidelines.

Why do men put so much at risk for this delectable momentary pleasure? When one thinks about the visual it's pretty freaking gross. But when one sees the ecstasy on the face of the receiver is there any doubt of the absolute control the sucker has at that moment?

The Trickle Down affect is Blood, Cheating, Pilfering-Not Money

by roseeriter
Wed Nov 1st, 2006 at 09:20:33 AM EST

I love the trickle-down-policy. I see it working well all around me. I have 'benefited' in many ways and I'll bet you have too.

If the Presidency Bush Lies is the most powerful position in the world and that position holder is allowed to Lie, Murder, Drink and Steal then those beneath him see and believe that it is okay to do that. There's no accountability. If the Leaders of the various Religions hide pedophiles, murderers, liars, drinkers, abusers then those who follow believe that this behaviour is okay and do the same. The Pope hid this guy.

Proof of Dirty Politics- Germ Warfare

by roseeriter
Sun Oct 29th, 2006 at 04:17:43 AM EST

Well, who knew how dirty politics could get:

In Clean Politics, Flesh Is Pressed, Then Sanitized
By MARK LEIBOVICH
WASHINGTON, Oct. 27 -- Campaigns are filthy. Not only in terms of last-minute smears and dirty tricks. But also as in germs, parasites and all the bacterial unpleasantness that is spread around through so much glad-handing and flesh-pressing.

"You can't always get to a sink to wash your hands," said Anne Ryun, wife of Representative Jim Ryun, Republican of Kansas.

Watch this video or forever hold your peace.
The Quiet Revolution.

I haven't seen any reference to this video, but I'm not here 24/7.

If anyone is still on the fence about what side to vote for this video should convince you that to save America we must vote Democrat or else.

RFID chipped Credit Cards Recall

by roseeriter
Mon Oct 23rd, 2006 at 01:35:34 PM EST

Many of my earlier diaries were about the danger of RFID tags. Here's proof of the danger of the RFID technology. I sure hope the Diebold voting machines don't use these.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 23, 2006

CONSUMER WATCHDOGS DEMAND RECALL OF SPYCHIPPED CREDIT CARDS
CASPIAN Advises Consumers to Immediately Remove Cards from Wallets

Consumer watchdog group CASPIAN is demanding a recall of millions of RFID-equipped contactless credit cards in light of serious security flaws reported today in the New York Times. The paper reports that a team of security researchers has found that virtually every one of these
cards tested is vulnerable to unauthorized charges and puts consumers at risk for identity theft.

The Long Reach of Pedophiles and Alcoholism

by roseeriter
Wed Oct 18th, 2006 at 04:47:18 PM EST

I just finished watching a movie called "Mysterious Skins". It was a tragic story about 2 little boys who were molested by their baseball coach. One of the boys grew up turning tricks with male strangers for money. The other thought he had been abducted by aliens cause he had blocked those memories out.

Why am I telling you this?

The Pecker Principle vs the Constitution

by roseeriter
Sat Oct 7th, 2006 at 09:18:54 AM EST

We are not all created equal. Proof- People born in Dafur vs. anywhere else. Proof-lots of prettier, smarter, wealthier and healthier people walking vs me. Proof- Still a man's world vs. women. I could go on and on but hopefully you see where I'm going here.

I was blessed with a curious open mind. I can generally see both sides of an issue and some value of both sides of an argument. I agree with the NEED for the Rule of Law, a semblance of the 10 commandments and other helpful guidelines to live amicably with others, but NONE of it is set in stone, not really. The rules, the status quo, the wealth and health, even what constitute a sin all depends on who is in charge and running the group at any point in time.

The Alcohol Excuse and Foley

by roseeriter
Mon Oct 2nd, 2006 at 07:44:11 AM EST

I am sick of sicko's using The Alcohol Excuse and how many of us accept that. I have suffered tremendously at the hand of The Alcohol Excuse. Because of alcohol and blackouts and denial many 'victims' become the target yet again.

Because I was married to an alcoholic I am now maligned as the co-dependent enabler witchy bitch. Because I dared call the cops when my husband beat me, threatened my life or if he was driving drunk and he had to spend 4 months in jail for a second DUI, his family rescued him from me and protect him from me. I am the wrong one. When he is sober he seemed like such a nice guy...

WTF is it with Bush and Dubai?

by roseeriter
Fri Apr 28th, 2006 at 03:58:30 AM EST

This favoritism between Dubai and Bush is mindboggling.

Bush Set to Approve Takeover of 9 Military Plants by Dubai
